She is currently co-starring in the television series Nurse Jackie as the titular character's daughter Fiona Peyton.
She began the role after replacing Daisy Tahan in season 2.
Aladjem has also appeared in other television shows including Passions and CSI: Miami.
She has also performed in the stage production of Annie portraying the character Molly.
Aladjem has been performing since age four.

About National Tour

Mackenzie Aladjem (Molly) has been performing since the age of four and is delighted to be reprising her role in the National Tour of Annie.
Her television credits include "Nurse Jackie", “CSI: Miami,” Passions and numerous commercials.
